10 x Lamb & Mint Cornish Pasties:
Tender cuts of lamb are diced and layered over a mixture of locally sourced potato, onion and swede, then seasoned and traditionally dressed with mint sauce. Finally, using our family recipe shortcrust pastry, the pasty is hand crimped in the traditional D shape.

Pastry. Wheat Flour, Veg Pastry Margerine, Veg Cake Margerine, Salt, Water. Filling: Potato, Onion, Swede, Seasoning ( Salt & Pepper ), Lamb. Mint, Glaze. Whole Egg, Milk
Pasties by post are sent on a 24 hour Fedex delivery service between Monday & Thursday. All orders have a lead time of up to 5 working days. This is because we bake your pasties and then blast chill them ready for their journey to you.
Please ensure you follow the delivery notes from Fedex. You must take your package the day the delivery is due, as these are perishable goods.
The pasties are sent chilled in a pre-baked state on a 24 hour service.
Place onto a oven tray, on grease proof paper
Pre-heat oven to 180ºc or gas mark 5
Place in the oven & leave for 20 – 25 minutes
Place in the oven & leave for 1 hour
leave for 10 – 15 minutes to rest
so you don’t burn your mouths
When you receive your pasties, put them straight in the freezer.
Pasties are good in the freezer for up to 2 months
