If you are having a party our 200g (uncooked weight) pasties are the perfect addition to the food table!
10 x Traditional Steak Cornish Pasties:
The finest quality locally reared skirt beef is layered over a mixture of locally sourced potato, onion and swede, with a pinch of our seasoning.
10 x Cheese & Onion Cornish Pasties:
Made from the finest locally sourced potato, onion & swede, tasty cheddar cheese, wrapped in our families own special recipe pastry & crimped in the traditional D shape by hand.
Finally the pastry is hand crimped in the traditional D shape.
Delivery Information:
Pasties by post are sent on a 24 hour DPD delivery service between Tuesday & Thursday. All orders have a lead time of up to 5 working days. This is because we bake your pasties and then blast chill them ready for their journey to you.
DPD offer a 1 hour delivery notification by text and email, which allows you to be home at the right time.
The pasties are sent chilled in a pre-baked state on a 24 hour service.
Please note, if not at home then DPD have a "Driver Release" enabled, which means they will leave your parcel in a safe place along with a note through your door.
Cooking Instructions
Place onto a oven tray, on grease proof paper
Pre-heat oven to 180ºc or gas mark 5
From Cooked:
Place in the oven & leave for 20 – 25 minutes
From Frozen:
Place in the oven & leave for 1 hour
leave for 10 – 15 minutes to rest so you don’t burn your mouths
Storage
When you receive your pasties, put them straight in the freezer.
Pasties are good in the freezer for up to 2 months
