The pasties arrived fine and on time the only thing is that the meat content is not really spread through out the pasty but congregated mainly in one place meaning some parts are a veggie pasty

In my efforts to order a buy one and get one half price I hit the wrong button on the order page.
I emailed immediately and rang Jenny on the Monday in an attempt to rectify my error. Jenny forwarded this to Andrew and I was informed that the order would be corrected, it wasn’t. Superb product, customer service fell at the last fence, shame. I would add that ,in my opinion, the order site is “wooden”.

I have to say that your Pasties are really nice and good value. However your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered the pasties on Sunday expecting them to be delivered within 4 days as we were going away the following Friday. When I didn’t hear from you I emailed you on the Tuesday as they were shown as not despatched? I didn’t receive a reply and as they still hadn’t been despatched by Wednesday I assumed we weren’t going to receive them in time hence the second email. Fortunately they arrived on Thursday and that was the only day I was able to track them?
All it needed was for someone to answer my emails and to explain the situation and even if they had arrived late I could have arranged for my son to pick them up.
For this reason I will probably not order from you again!

I buy these for my husband, he loves them. They smell delicious when they are being warmed up in the oven but unfortunately I don't like meat so he eats them all. My last purchase was for 2 boxes as it was such good value. They are authentic Cornish Pasties and he says they taste as good as when they are first delivered, even after freezing.
